Dayaram Care Service provide the support to High-need individuals are with:
Clinically complex needs,
Functional limitations, and/or behavioural health conditions
Shower assistant
Assistance with medication
Provide social care in non-emergency situations
If there is a service or support you would like to access, our staff can talk to your planner or attend planning meeting with you to discuss your request and how it can be funded in your NDIS plan
Care is available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including the option for live-in help.
Your client services manager helps coordinate your care schedule and serves as a primary contact for any questions you may have.
